Winnings less than $600 USD are credited to your LottoGopher account within 24 hours. At that point you can elect to cash in by having a eCheck sent to your registered LottoGopher account email.
Winnings over $600 require a pay out from a regional State Lottery office and must be collected in person by our representative on your behalf. You may also opt to have any ticket exceeding $600 to be handed over to you personally to collect. If you request that we handle this for you, please allow up to five business days before we send you a check in your name for these winnings.
What is an eCheck? eCheck is a fast, secure and efficient way of getting you your cash winnings without the delay of waiting for a check in the mail. It's a check you print out at home and can deposit using your bank's mobile deposit feature, at an ATM or in person at your financial institute. We process eChecks within 36 hours of the request date.
To request payment from your winnings balance, start by clicking “Login” on the LottoGopher home page and entering your email address and password.
From your Dashboard screen, click on "Payout"
Under "Cash Balance", you will see the total balance you have available to cash out. Click the “Cash Out” button to begin the cash out process.
A pop-up "Payment Request" window will open where you will enter the amount you want to cash out. Then click on the "Request Payment" button, an eCheck will be sent to your email within 36 hours of the request date.
If you win the jackpot, arrangements will be made to immediately transfer your ticket directly to you- our representatives will meet with you in person within 24 hours to securely transfer your ticket into your possession.
