We currently process so many tickets that we actually exceed the 1000 monthly CA, TX, VA Lottery limit. So in fairness to all our Members, we do not submit any towards the Second Chance. We also can't because there is one code per ticket and we buy multiple customer orders (5) on each, so no way to do this.
