Our policy is to offer a cancellation of your Membership at any time upon request. There are no refunds for tickets that have been ordered, as those will be placed with an authorized lottery vendor as soon as they are placed.
To cancel a Membership or a ticket subscription, simply visit the “Membership & Subscriptions” link under “Settings” on your profile page.
Next to your Membership Plan, you will see a "Cancel" button.
Next to each Subscription you have, there is a "View" button. Click on the "View" button and you will see the option to cancel that Subscription.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours to confirm your cancellation.
