Our policy is to offer a cancellation of your Membership at any time upon request. There are no refunds for tickets that have been ordered, as those will be placed with an authorized lottery vendor as soon as they are placed. To cancel a Membership or a ticket subscription, simply visit the Manage Billing link on your profile page. Next to each product you have, there is a link to cancel.
