How to submit a bug or report an issue/problem?

There are a couple of ways to submit a bug or to report a problem -- while you're already here on the help site, clicking on the “Email Us“ link to the right and fill out the form and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

You can also email service@lottogopher directly or call 866-LOTTO GO. 

Please keep in mind when sending a bug or issue, follow the steps below, so we can address your problem as quickly as possible.
 
  1. Just to be sure, please make sure you have cleared your cache and have refreshed your page to see if the problem your having, may just be a glitch in the browser. 
     
  2. When sending us an email please be sure to include what browser you are using. Be sure that you are using the most current version of the browser. To check which browser you are on, visit http://whatbrowser.org/ and include that information in the email you send to us.
     
  3. It’s also important that we know which operating system(OS) you are on and version. Example: Mac OS X: 10.9.2 - Windows XP, Windows 7,8, etc. 
     
  4. It is also important that we know exactly what the problem is that your having. Please be sure to explain what it is that’s happening, what page, the steps you are taking that causes the problem, etc. Including screenshots will be very helpful to determine what the issue may be.
     
Be sure to visit our help site to see if any of the problems or questions you may have, might be answered on there. There you can review helpful articles and contact us if needed.
